I am an environmental project scientist and environmental professional with twenty three years experience working in the environmental realm. Over the past three years after migrating into the office I performed the day-to-day operations of managing environmental projects and remediations, scheduling and performing the necessary field work and writing the required deliverable(s) for submittal to theDepartment to maintain or obtain environmental compliance. I have a very strong communication skills set and profound ability to bridge the gap between the field and office worlds, specifically keeping architects, engineers, scientists, licensed site remediation professionals, contractors and clients on the same page.My most recent accomplishments would be the remediation of a childcare center utilizing alternative and presumptive remedies for capping the site to the level required by the department for a permanent childcare license. Another issuance of a remedial action outcome for a site that had a high sodium content, I proposed and proved it was a regional issue. The complete neutralization of # 2 fuel oil from an abandoned underground storage tank utilizing Regenesis Regenox and strategic placement of wells. Wrote an expert report for a property with a damaged house structure, a damaged water supply well and malfunctioning septic field for coldwell banker representing the seller. I helped design a water supply treatment system for reducing the levels of PFAS in a well dedicated to a school via resin reducing vessels. Finally I performed and wrote various phases one site assessments, with the last one being a fourteen acre property with over 60 recognized environmental conditions.
