Strategy & Operations Analyst
Business Controls Consultant
As a business controls specialist contracted out to Bank of America, I was a part of a team transitioning process quality testing to a new system of record. I review current process quality test scripts and modify them based on the new system procedures followed by the Front Line Units (FLUs). When modifying these scripts I research alternative methods to obtain the information needed from the new system of record. I design and create reports used by executives to show the progress made in regards to the conversion.

As an office manager I was able to observe all the elements of the business and implement modifications to the work environment by organizing assets to improve safety and efficiency; I also developed tools to aid in data collection and improve the quality review process. Galt had just moved into this new location allowed my the opportunity to organize the office, providing better access to resources by wiring network assets and Presentation hardware; I also designed and implemented a document preparation environment. I also acted as the onsite IT Technician as well as a junior account manager.
Senior Operations Support Analyst
As a senior operations support analyst contracted to Hitachi Vantara, I served as the head auditor for the maintenance renewals team. I verified that all pricing and products were accurately represented on quotes being provided to customers. I also trained and qualified more than 20 new auditors across 3 different teams including my own. I analyzed error trends and proposed new processes to prevent these errors in the future. I wrote a full 76 page process manual on the creation and audit of these quotes, for both of the CRMs that were in use while I worked there. (Salesforce and a Custom CRM). I collected data from the custom CRM and developed dynamic Excel reports to calculate relevant KPIs that were used directly by executive management for forecasting and decision making; I developed data visualizations using Power BI which were also presented to executive management. I built and modified custom reports within Salesforce for use across the maintenance renewals team. I researched unique questions often regarding contract stipulations; I would regularly read, summarize and produce a brief, describing the situation and requirements on all parties for presentation to both customers and executives.
Analyst
As an analyst, I implemented a new cloud based CRM (ResMan) across the entire organization which spanned 4 locations in the DFW metroplex. I developed the company account ledger and reporting processes. I trained employees on this new system. I collected business requirements on a variety of projects which spanned the entire organization. I developed and documented business solutions both in the use of the new CRM as well as other projects. I investigated, analyzed and created financial pro-forma on new properties for review by ownership. I prepared financial statements and reports for delivery to financial institutions. I maintained and kept up to date the financial records for the organization, implementing Activity Based Cost reporting and a voucher expense system.
Accountant
As a self-employed accountant, I worked with several small businesses, implementing accounting software (QuickBooks) to manage their finances. I created organized account ledgers when the business had previously operated without. I recreated historical financial records from receipts, invoices and bank statements in order to give the business owners a better understanding of their past revenues and income, then advised them on which revenue streams to focus based on this data. I helped owners prepared correspondence with government entities regarding financial matters. I worked with Clients' CPAs to help prepare tax returns. Using historical financial records, I would develop forecasts for owners to better understand seasonal trends and revenue cycles relevant to their industry.
Legal Assistant
As a legal assistant, I prepared, produced and filed legal documents. I developed and implemented a paperless office system, integrating new technology with current processes. I performed intake procedures with new clients, and provided customer service both in person and on the phone. I input and reconciled financial transactions in QuickBooks maintaining a complete set of books for all of the attorney's accounts; I also prepared financial reports to provide to the owner's CPA for Tax preparation.
