At Genesis, my role is to originate loans on well positioned residential projects with industry leading real estate investor/builders. The assets in our wheelhouse include Single Family Residential projects, Multifamily projects, Townhome projects, and Condo projects. All projects can be for-sale or for-lease and can accommodate renovation/reposition, ground-up construction (vertical & horizonal), and land acquisition (in preparation for entitlements/vertical construction). To add some additional color, our product offerings will finance build-to-rent communities, subdivision development (including vertical construction), and single family non-contiguous fix-and-flip. The flexibility of our loan products allows us to cater to the individual needs of our clients and their businesses.
