We knew that easy mobile reporting would improve reporting quality, service quality and ultimately property quality. We also learned that making it simple , improved user adoption making cappsure sustainable. Cappsure uses geofence maps, GPS user reports and a suite of property centric , easy to use mobile features like Checklists, Inspection reports , work orders and asset management tools. We combine this simple mobile reporting capabilities with photos notes and time stamps for real- time professional documented reports , shared instantly with team members,clients or stakeholders. Available on both Android and iOS devices, Cappsure revolutionized my own business by helping to drive bottom line revenue, facilitate client acquisition and increase communication and transparency with current maintenance clients who receive accurate service reports the same day, are quickly made aware of issues requiring proposals and can approve the proposals with one click in the body of the proposal email.
