Responsible for incoming calls on application status, technical calls in regards to the application itself, promoting and proceeding with over the phone applications.Responsible for providing a differentiated experience on a variety of incoming calls related to education financing for college-bound students and graduates looking to refinance their education debt.Exceed sales goals, multitask and prioritize their daily workload while staying on the lookout for new business.

Resolve customer issues through inbound client calls, written inquiries, emails and requests placed by customers or internal partners.Responsible for the daily resolution of customer problems and the execution of complex and escalated issues.Review customer accounts, research information, track information, and follow up with customers.Investigate and resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations to fulfill the request.

Work with Loan Officers to ensure a timely and efficient process for borrowers throughout the entire mortgage process.Review borrower financial documents for timeliness and completeness, and request updates or additions as needed.Review all third-party documentation, including credit checks, title reports, appraisals, tax returns, verifications of employment/assets, etc. to identify and address potential issues.Monitor the overall lending process, and identify, resolve and communicate issues that could impact timely closure of loans. Communicate potential issues to consumer and loan officer.Review loan approvals and address all conditions required for underwriting and closing.Schedule and track closing dates, contingency dates etc.Provide excellent customer service consultative guidance to all parties.

Prepare and complete mortgage report updates, business reports and other company productsMaintain and update database, and update trade line informationAnswer questions from customers and consumers, and update files for audit purposesPerform updates to the credit report accessed by our customerContact the reporting creditor for current account information and update the stored report
