Ravenswood Sports & Wellbeing Centre:-Co-led the design of a new campus building commencing from the start of design development and through to tender submission.-Navigated an extremely complex approval pathway as set by the school and project manager in order to be able to deliver the project under a two-staged CDC.-Lead contributor in progressing the approved schematic design, including interior spaces and the bespoke external facade system.-Ensured compliance and coordination across over 20+ design consultants, an extensive set of requirements, and regulations and standards across the design.-Led and mentored junior team members in developing their knowledge across technical design, interpersonal communication skills, presentation of ideas and how to navigate challenging design programs, client requests and senior stakeholders.-Assisted the project lead in establishing overall programming and deliverables.Sydney Jewish Museum-Progressed the architectural design and coordination of the refurbishment and alterations of an existing museum working alongside a small team.-Conducted extensive site and historical drawing investigations to understand the various alterations, additions and historical conglomerate of buildings that made up the museum and its supporting facilities.-Coordinated a large number of consultants in order to navigate the complex and restrictive issues of heritage, existing structure, code compliance, and security.Chatswood High School & Primary School:-Assisted in leading the delivery of several new buildings and refurbishments across an existing site in Chatswood for School Infrastructure NSW. -Developed the tendered schematic design into construction documentation within a tightly managed program by the nominated contractor.-Led the review and coordination of shop drawings while resolving various details to major facade and other external and internal building components.
