Directed a team of staff to cover all aspects of technology in the business. Updated and migrated the company phone system. Maximized network efficiency with proper replacement of devices and upgrade of computers to meet industry standards. Designed the security model for the agency and implemented end user training to better safe guard the agency.

Managing group of tech's to implement and manage client networks. Design multi site and multi subnet vlan networks to implement SAN and Backup solutions that are managable.Provide Audit solutions to clients to give them a fresh impression of the network they are using presently. This audit is also done in cooridanation with a current IT company supporting them to help the develop a fresh perspective on the client network with out intruding on that relationship.

Working as a Technical Manager, I was able to provide both technical and consultative services to the clients of CMIT. Working as an Account manager with current clients to help them grow their business and as a technical sales consultant to new clients to bring them to the CMIT solutions home. While at CMIT solutions of Denver, I achieved my MCTS and will complete my MCITP in Server 2008. I also provide technical guidance to the other system administrators to help with their growth. In my time here, I have been able to completed several SBS 2003 to SBS2008 migrations, Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 migrations and installation of MS Hyper-V servers to reduce the operating costs of the client.

Managed a multi national team of IT professionals to maintain, enhance and protect a production network that had to deliver timely data to the companies clientele.

IT project management, budget, client relations between a subsidiary of a parent corporation and the (i)Structure organization. Responsibilities included integration into corporate IT structure, budget management for that integration.

My responsibilities included overall management and direction of the agencies IT policies and support. I built the support center for the staff to call upon when help or upgrade was necessary. I managed the budget for the agencies technical facilities. I managed 7 staff members in the helpdesk and server administrators.
