- Instructs new US Air Force Pilots through undergraduate pilot training- Conducts continuing training for instructor pilots- Oversees the operations of the T-6 flying hour program under the direction of the director of operations

- Manages the squadron standardization/evaluation program- Conducts undergraduate pilot training student and instructor check rides- Administers and oversees annual evaluations for 80 instructor pilots- Oversees the operations of the T-6 flying hour program under the direction of the director of operations

- Monitors Pacific theater disasters and coordinates Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) humanitarian response with U.S. Pacific Command. Trains all PACAF staff to respond to natural and man-made disasters.- Engages with other nations to strengthen humanitarian cooperation and contingency plans.- Coordinated mobility response for Philippines Typhoon Haiyan crisis in 2013 and CNMI food shortage crisis in 2014.

- Commands missions and instructs pilots on strategic and tactical airlift including instrument, low-level, night-vision goggles, and aerial refueling procedures.- Implements the US Air Force Flight Safety program for four flying squadrons. Conducts monthly flight safety, Operational Risk Management, Crew Resource Management, and mishap reporting training. Conducts aviation mishaps as required. Inspects squadron safety programs for program compliance.- Manages all ground, simulator, and flight training requirements for 160+ aircrew members.- Manages all deployment requirements for 160+ aircrew members to ensure global mobility status.

- Commands missions and instructed pilots on tactical airlift including instrument procedures, low-level VFR flight, VIP protocol, and international relations.- Provides Squadron Commander with high-level support facilitating effective communication between higher leadership levels and military members. Oversees quality control of all performance reports, promotion recommendations, awards, and decorations.

- Commands missions in the Far East and seasoned young co-pilots in VIP protocol, international relations, instrument procedures, and low-level flying.- Implements the US Air Force Flight and Ground Safety program for the squadron commander. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Conducts mishap investigations as required.- Coordinates all squadron missions and ensures the best mission/crew match.
