I give respect were respect is due i bring to the table many talents in the construction trades i have over 25 years in trades,20 of them in pre-eng metal buildings,and the rest is a mixture of home building and general construction.What really defines me is that i truly care about people that work under my supervision and i always treat them with same respect that each person deserves.I also believe that to fix problems whether it be in life or at work you need to find the root cause of the problem,and only then can you find the solution.If you do not fix the root cause of a problem you will continue to have the same problems over and over.I believe in solutions,not excuses.
