The E-Commerce Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the eCommerce growth strategy for the North American market. This role leads every aspect of our go-to-market strategy in eCommerce focused on market-leading growth. Direct account responsibility including planning, P&L management, and strategy execution for Pure Play retailers, online imprint business, and execution of our Direct to Consumer, B2B sites, and stewardship of key drivers for retail partners' online sales.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business.• Coordinate details of events such concerts, showcases, open mics. • Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.• Book talent, including musicians, bands, comedians, and spoken word artists.• Scout new talent for artist roster. • Select catering companies to prepare food for event.• Sample food and select dishes for menus.• Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.• Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants.• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.• Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event.• Edit and design promotional materials.• Prepare presentations. • Develop and oversee fundraising events.• Negotiate and secure event space.• Secure sponsorships.• Work with printer and designer to develop event invitations.• Create invitee list.• Send out invitations and manage RSVP list.• Hire staff to manage the event, including bouncers and security personnel.• Manage correspondence.• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.• Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.

Investigate claims through interviews and recorded statementsInvestigation notes are detailed and readily accessibleMaintain filing system of all active claimsServe as single point of contact, coordinating with insurance carriers, doctors, claimants, and other colleaguesAttend meetings with agents, insurers, or other related groups- Claim ReviewsIdentify suspicious claims and handle properlyWorks closely with the Human Resources Department to assist in claims resulting in the litigation process

Provide basic assistance to clients/employees in new hire enrollment process Complete DUA claim forms Enter new hire data and direct deposits in computer and scans files – QC other Reps work Process status changes and terminations Work with HR Representatives on Annual Open Enrollment and Flex Spending Enrollment Prepare Power Point presentations and presents at HR Staff Meetings Handle a limited book-of-business for smaller clients Attend on-site enrollment meetings with HR Representatives

Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrate an ability to develop respectful interpersonal relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
