Brewer Maine Mod Yard For Shell Pennsylvania Chemical Project

Currently working in the Brewer Maine Mod Yard for the Shell Pennsylvania Chemical project. I am the only Bechtel Procurement person onsite and am there to manage Cianbro Constructions procurement team to ensure conformance to Bechtel policies and procedures are followed during the procurement process

Pueblo, Colorado Area

Currently on Loan from OG&C to NS&E to facilitate the inventory and disposition of all surplus Government Property. Effectively communicate across multiple functions to gain concurrence from SME’s and the Government Property Administrator to determine the appropriate disposition plan for all material.

Corpus Christi, Texas Area

Site Receiving Supervisor. Supervised a team of material specialist who were responsible for completing Material Receiving Reports and controlling material inventory. Supervised craft workforce of 14 material persons in day-to-day activities. Established site-specific metric to monitor daily MWR and MRR deliverables. Was responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, and issue of all material and equipment. Indoctrinated newly assigned employees to the requirements and procedures that govern the jobsite. Conducted quarterly performance discussions for Non-Manual employees, and also conducted classification changes, terminations, and transfers for Construction Professionals.

Responsible for the material management operations at the Aldoga Warehouse Facility to ensure conformance to project policies and procedures. Responsible for material management operations of five laydown yards and five warehouses. Responsible for site specific metrics to measure performance of field material management, including receipts (MRR’s) and issuances (MWR’s). Managed Aldoga Warehouse, Laydown, and Surplus supervisors to ensure manpower, equipment, and storage needs were all met.

Responsible for material management operations in the five warehouses located at the Aldoga Warehouse Facility. Coordinated the organization of the five warehouses and two climate control rooms to ensure proper storage of construction material. Organized material laydown yard locations for the timely location of items in the Bechtel Procurement System. Supervised Material Specialists who were responsible for MRR’s, MWR’s, and inventory control. Managed a Construction Professional workforce comprised of 38 employees with daily direction in the completion of tasks and duties required to operate the warehouses that supported the three projects on Curtis Island. Supervised the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of all material and equipment. Maintained a professional, working relationship with site engineering and construction concerning the receipt and availability of material to be issued to the field.

Waste Treatment Plant, Richland Washington

Supervised a team of Material Specialists responsible for the completion of MRR’s and for controlling inventory. Managed a Construction Professional workforce of approximately 70 employees, appropriately assigned work to the Construction Professionals based on discipline.

Richland/Kennewick/Pasco, Washington Area

Supervised a team of Inventory Specialists who consistently achieved 99% accuracy for the 73,000 lines and over 1.7 million items in their inventory. Responsible for the storage, custody, and issue of consumables, tools, bulks, spares, equipment, and permanent plant materials to be used at the WTP construction site. Disposed of surplus project materials as approved by Project Management and directed by Field Procurement Management.
