Leading the development of a Requirements Center of Excellence across the CTO organization in Citi. The focus of this effort is to raise the overall standard of requirements documentation in Citi, communicate best practices and introducing better metrics to measure quality.Previously led the development of a strategic development effort to support Compliance in the Regulatory Reporting area with a focus on Disclosure of Interest globally. Successfully delivered the strategic platform on time and slightly under budget. I believe that the key to a successful development effort is ensuring that all team members are focused on success and are given the support to succeed and a focus on ensuring that the requirements are clearly defined and agreed to best position all parties for success. The requirements is the contract to which all parties are tied - business, development and testing.
