Organised specific projects with a designated end targets using Six Sigma and 5S methods.Project 1 - Qualification of High Speed Gluing Process After investment in a new Glue System our Gluing Process increased in capacity. I managed the project from Operator Buy-In to Machine Production Ramp up amounting to a 40% increase in throughput. Project 2 - Establish control methods for WIP Management Redesigned WIP storage area for ease of access, establishing safer and efficient methods of storage and retrieval.Project 3 - Reduce Scrap from Printing Process by 70% Identified major cost elements on printing process from data gathered during 6 Sigma project. We highlighted this project as a priority to reduce the scrap generated during process set up and production scrap. A reduction of 70% was achieved after establishing new process standards and improvements.
