I am a visionary leader and results-oriented manager with 30 years of professional experience guiding international programs focused on social and economic development worldwide. My core competencies include public-private partnership development, grant and project management, organizational and professional capacity development, youth leadership development, technology for development, strategic planning, program operations, and training design and facilitation. I am also a certified leadership and career coach. My mission is to connect diverse people and resources in new ways to generate creative solutions to key societal issues, such as education, health, civic engagement, and climate change. I have supported the return of Peace Corps volunteers after the COVID-19 global evacuation, and helped develop a regional strategy for engaging young climate leaders across the Pacific. I have also served as the Global Youth Coordinator on multisectoral programs at USAID, and led the design and implementation of the Agency Youth in Development Policy.
