Such as, but not limited to, concerts, presentations, hockey games, fraternity events, open house for the school, etc. As a Coordinator I manage the client relations, and communicate with them to work on a estimate that fits their budget but will provide sufficient sound and lighting to make their event run smoothly and look/sound amazing. I also work with other offices within RIT to coordinate larger events and make sure that nothing we, Tech Crew, sets up or uses will be in the way of their needs.
