Growing up in Gonzales, Texas, he developed an interest in drafting, golf, and outdoor activities, which he later channeled into designing sports fields, parks, and recreational facilities. Equipped with multiple certifications across landscape and construction disciplines, Michael gained valuable experience in the construction and landscaping industries before transitioning to synthetic turf.Since founding Certified Turf Pro, Michael has collaborated with manufacturers and installation experts to develop high-quality, eco-conscious turf systems. His commitment to innovation and sustainability has set his company apart, allowing him to tackle some of the industry’s toughest challenges, from field safety to drainage solutions. Recently, he even developed specialized methods for installing synthetic turf around trees, a project that underscores his expertise in both turf and environmental considerations.
