1998-2000Throughout my time in BT I was responsible for the installation of all physical lines. This ranged from analogue to digital ISDN circuits and mega streams circuits. 2000-2010After having completed my studies and gained the knowledge of the BT network infrastructure I wanted to increase my knowledge of Pbx systems. I began to install a number of BT endorsed systems. Nortel BCM, Meridian, versatility, inspiration, Avaya. I took great interest in the Avaya product and wanted to become certified with the vendor. I obtained my certification through the Avaya university. I began to install large contact centre solutions throughout Ireland. I was part of an Avaya team who successfully migrated all bank of Ireland branches into one virtual hub and installing VoIP throughout the bank s network. This experience allowed me to use and enhance my skills to a new level and I began to support and maintain the network for the customer.
