Type of Plant: CRUDE STABILIZATION PLANT, Gas compression and re-injection, Water Injection-25,000 B/D Crude SeparationLead the development of Instrumentation and Electrical strategies in conjunction with Site Maintenance team. Responsible for ensuring that I&E activities are carried out in accordance with customer requirements, and Exterran HSE Standards. Provide a detailed overview and management feedback to document activities and planned scope of work. Develop, Design and provide assistance on commissioning and operations, manage leak tests, loop testing and Instrument calibration documentation.

A 600 MSCFD Gas reclamation facility. Located in the remote region of Nigeria. Constructed, Commissioned, Proof tested and Operated this facility. Oversaw operations of six Waukesha 7040 series low pressure compressors (1400 psi) for gas lift, two Waukesha 7040 series high pressure compressors (3500 psi) for gas injection, and two Waukesha Gas Generators. This facility utilized Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000 PLC, Flowboss 107 flow metering, and IR Fire Detection. While assigned to this remote Nigeria ADDAX location I negotiated contracts, and performed extensive community relations.

NIGERIAN CAWTHORNE CHANNEL CRYOGENIC PLANT, NigeriaCommissioning and Start-up Team Member.. Trained and helped supervise 100,000 SCM gas plant with 65 local national shift employees. Developed team operations to efficiently handle two Cat 3616 compressors, Mycom propane refrigeration compressors, two Solar Turbines, and one Cat 3512 black start duel fuel generator. Platform environment in the Nigerian Delta.• Recognized by the Country Manager of Nigeria for professional skills in team development and multitasking ability.

EGYPTIAN PETROBEL COMPRESSION CONTRACT, EgyptOperations. Responsible for rebuilding four Waukesha 9390 with White Superior compressor packages. Assisted Country Manager in negotiating the contract, trained customers employees proper maintenance procedures for the units through syllabus driven formal classes.

OMAN DALEEL PROJECT, OMANProject Coordinator Due to recent return from first Exterran Oman project I was TDY (temp deployed) assigned to the Davis production shop.Designed, documented, and provided Shop tested quality analysis for five Waukesha 7042 Desert compressor packages. These units were deployed to the Oman Desert without incident.

SHAMS AMINE GAS PLANT, OmanSupervisor, Construction CommissioningPlant consists of inlet separation, compression, amine gas treating, stabilization, dew point control, local product storage and all necessary utilities; removes CO2 (7%), H2S (0.08%), and liquids from inlet gas; liquid is stabilized and stored in tanks for sales. Utilized Allen Bradley PLC's, AIC gas chromotagraphs, Mycom refrigeration compression. This project was located remote Oman 150 degree F extreme desert conditions.• Sweetened gas returns to third stage of compressors, pressurized to1280 psig, then sent to Gas Export pipeline

SOUTHERN NUCLEAR POWER, Waynesboro, GADual reactor facility 750 MW SOUTHERN NUCLEAR POWER, Waynesboro, GA• Wrote procedures, edited diagrams, and preplanned all assigned evolutions; maintained high standards of integrity • Selected to work on elaborate fire safety system and intrusion security systems; continued with work on electromagnetic relay protection• Position and team closely assessed by outside inspectors for organization and planning of every evolution; completed all assignments on time with no rework.
