Created resource materials for Catholic Volunteer Network's membership of 180+ faith-based volunteer programs. Researched and created documents, webinars, and web tools on topics including: program development, volunteer recruitment, spiritual resources, social media toolkits, budgeting/finance, and more. Managed our workshop presenters for the National Conference on Faith-Based Service. Represented our member programs at recruitment events throughout the Northeast.

As a Research Assistant with the DOT's Litigation Department, I researched complex and varied FOIL Requests from the public, working closely with the Supervising Attorney and General Counsel to ensure accuracy and clarity in granting records and legal documents to requestors. I was responsible for conducting intensive database searches, producing legal binders, communicating with the public via written correspondence and telephone conversations. I screened telephone calls, edited documents, and produced instructional material for the searchers on our team.

As a full time Augustinian Volunteer, I worked in direct services and development for this nonprofit serving 1,500 individuals annually. Helped clients register for food pantry, health care programs, and holiday gift programs. Wrote and edited newsletter stories and annual appeal fundraising letter. Researched, wrote and presented demographic reports to board of directors.
