CurrentAR Recovery Team Lead (May 2022 - Present) - Started the team that has lowered AR by >21% in the first two years. Developed reporting tools and collaborated with consultants to enhance the reporting of our AR balances. Collaborated with internal teams to create processes that worked for all teams involved.• Onboarding Transition TL (Dec 2021 - May 2022) - Helped the team transition to BPO.
