Current● Eagle award winner in 2019 and nominated for Eagle award in 2016 and 2022 recognizing top performers in the organization. ● Consistently deliver documented savings to customers through improved efficiency and custom solutions to unique problems at customer sites.● Solved numerous issues through identifying the problem, researching background impacts, design and calculation of process adjustments and monitoring of change effect on process.● Sold new accounts and applications to customers providing efficiency gains to treated systems.Manage delivery and application of chemical treatment and equipment solutions that enhance the process efficiencies at customer sites. Deliver value to the customer through providing customer service and chemical application efficiency. Provide return on investment to the company through the maintenance of account margins, growth targets and budgets. Provide added value to customers by enhancing the efficiency of their systems and meet service needs of treated customer systems. Serve as a technical resource to Heavy Industry/Power Generation customers using Suez technology to solve Raw Water, Boiler, Cooling and Wastewater water treatment needs. Routinely tour customer facilities, verifying proper operation of treated systems. Reviewing plant test records, talking with and training plant operators about issues and successes. Check chemical inventories, feed dosages and take samples as necessary. Conduct tests of samples to evaluate the results of the treatment program, discuss results with operating personnel.
