I have been employed as an IT Infrastructure Administrator at Henderson Products since February of 2016. I was promoted to an Admin II in May of 2020. My responsibilities include Desktop Support, Server Administration, Active Directory administration, Exchange Administration, Avaya VOIP administration, and some basic Network Administration, as well as various other. I am a graduate from the Network Administration and Engineering Program at Hawkeye Community College. I was employed in the Computer Information Systems department at the college as an intern/work-study from May of 2014 through the end of 2015, where I worked on desktop support as well as a network technician. Additionally, I have a professional background in the private security industry where I have worked for six years prior to my education. Prior to that I worked in the Customer Service and Sales industry. I have additional desktop support experience having worked as a service technician for Staples for three years. I have hands on experience with Cisco IOS network equipment, Meraki firewalls, Microsoft Server 2003 through 2022, VMware VCenter 5.5 and 6.5, Avaya IP office, Exchange 2016 and 365, Microsoft Teams, Veeam Backup & Replication software, and Sharepoint (2007, 2016, 365) among others.
