As catering manager I was responsible for the overall operations of the catering facility. This involved not only running the catering facility during an event, but also handling all the preparation before the event and after as well, working closely with clients to ensure their event is a success, and follow up with the client to get feedback after the event itself as well. As catering manager I not only managed client relations but also maintained employee and vendor relations to run a successful catering facility.Duties Included but not limited to:Daily cash balancing, staff retention and training, effective control of all profit to cost ratios, vendor negotiating, ensuring the guest experience is superior in nature from start to end product.
