The Manager, Digital Operations ensures that cloud-based technologies operate with the highest levels of availability and integrity.The key responsibilities of this role include the oversight of multiple vendor relationships utilized to provide hosting, processing, and workflow services for digital properties; development and operation of appropriate monitoring, backup, and archiving strategies for digital properties, content and code; and support for digital operations on an as-needed basis and/or when emergencies and outages arise.
