Throughout my professional career I have grown as a person through multiple personal achievements. Before working at my first job, Goodwill, I mostly stood to myself and had some difficulty in communicating with others; however, that all changed as I began to notice that I'd start conversations with complete strangers based purely off of small details like a shirt they were wearing, the type of car/truck they were driving, or just how their week/weekend was growing. I also was able to establish strong relationships with my co-workers, to the point I consider them family. Before working I also had a confidence level problem; but, this too progressively changed as I began to have more confidence after saving enough money and buying my own vehicle.
