Primarily responsible for project management of validated (GxP) implementation projects. Also charged with providing subject matter expertise to clients within areas of supply chain to include warehousing and manufacturing. • Led team in the implementation of four manufacturing machines, across two manufacturing lines, that integrated with a manufacturing execution system for an international medical device manufacturer. Responsibilities included managing client and vendor resources, scope, budget and timeline. Also led team in the GxP validation of the solutions for each machine. Activities included vendor selection and drafting of user requirements, functional specifications, software design specifications, test plans, validation plans and project plans. • Led team in the deployment of RF handheld devices into an existing warehouse management system. Responsibilities included managing client and vendor resources, scope, budget and timeline. Project activities included drafting of user requirements, test plans and project plan.

Responsible for project management and leading business process design on all projects. Charged with providing supply chain execution system subject matter expertise to clients and developing business cases.• Led package selection, business design and implementation of warehouse management system (WMS) at multiple sites for food distributor. Managed all warehouse construction including installation of pick-to-light system, weigh-in-motion quality control scale and conveyor retrofit. Also managed purchase and install of all RF equipment.• Led WMS package selection for food distributor. WMS selected was successfully implemented.• Provided WMS subject matter expertise for international restaurant chain. Project included developing business case for WMS rollout across all of the client’s distributors.• Led business design and implementation of transportation management system (TMS) at multiple sites for wholesale grocer that included both inbound and outbound transportation. Implementation also covered installation at client’s 3PL business unit.• Led business design and implementation of TMS at multiple sites for client. Project covered transportation operations that serviced over 2,000 stores. Implementation also included bid program which drove down freight costs on all inbound lanes to distribution centers.

Responsible for data analysis and business process documentation on all projects. Also charged with providing assistance in project administration.• Participated in WMS prototype project. Concept was developed for manufacturer’s distribution centers across the country. Developed all new warehouse operations to be used with WMS.• Provided support in the areas of warehouse management and order management on a multi-million dollar business transformation project. Project included developing a new distribution network and integrating new WMS, TMS, demand planning and order management systems with legacy ERP.• Participated in a direct-to-consumer fulfillment project for a mobile phone manufacturer. Project serviced customers from multiple carriers. Developed reverse logistics business processes used for implementation.
