• Define the business rules for reporting solutions produced from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) specific to the NYS MEDSIII conversion for the encounter submission of the Medicaid line of business.• Perform data analysis and quality assurance review as part of the development process for EDW reporting solutions.

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Client Management, Electronic Enrollment, Client Reporting, Billing, Claims and Escalation teams across both the legacy and SQL based platforms.• Develop an automated delivery system to convert enrollment data received in non-standard formats to the Davis Vision standard electronic enrollment layout for both the CVI legacy system and the CVX SQL application• Coordinated data analysis initiatives related to performance guarantee reporting, 837P encounter submissions, NYS MEDSII encounters submissions, proprietary encounter files, and Flex Spending Account (FSA) submissions.
