Its turnover is in excess of £20m distributing though independents, and top end retailers. Main duties and responsibilities:Responsible for overall effective Sales Development & Marketing of Gloverall globally.Responsible for the sales and marketing management of 22 countries, accounting for over 30 agents and distributors.Maintaining and developing global key accounts.Liaison with major multiple groups in product design and development. Organisation & marketing of global trade shows.Liaison with design team in product and range development. Over 50% growth in established markets within a 6 month period of joining the company.Appointment of 14 new agents in gender, range breaks. Introduction of new global markets, including Russia and Iceland.Responsible for the Development & launch of the Gloverall ‘Heritage’ Range. This achieved distribution with younger higher profile targeted independent & multiple accounts and created a younger brand perception.Introduction of major worldwide accounts including Agnes B and Peek & Cloppenburg (Germany)Redevelopment of the Gloverall website. Redesign of the Gloverall online store Restructurer of existing in house sales and marketing.Introducing new marketing materials.Introduction of Gallery, Copenhagen & Collective, New York tradeshows.Appointment of a PR company
