I'm a Data Consultant at Experian working on ensuring credit account information is up to the highest possible standard. I Independently manage data improvement project work that brings any drop in data quality up to the necessary standards as well as work closely with the onboarding team to ensure that each and every company that begins their relationship with Experian has a smooth introduction. A large part of this is making sure that the newer companies have all the knowledge needed to start well and maintain the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of their data. I am passionate about the results that come from simplifying data and the amazing things that can be achieved when complex, data driven solutions can be interpreted and acted on by an entire team. Using this passion, I built and implemented a new onboarding process that educated clients on this journey. Through this new process I entirely removed the issues that previously plagued the onboarding cycle. bringing an average of 2 major loss events a year down to zero for the clients in the first year of their relationship with Experian. A deliberate side effect of this was also a marked increase in client satisfaction during this time.
