I have an extensive background in all aspects of complex civil litigation and bankruptcy/creditors' rights in courts nationwide, as well as an Long history of representing Native American Tribal governments and their related business entities.My primary practice consists of representing and advising tribal governments in both governmental and commercial matters. I have also represented banks and other commercial clients in transactional matters, bankruptcy and litigation, and various types of real estate matters including riparian boundary disputes.In 2009, I was appointed to serve on the Oklahoma Legislature’s Adoption Review Task Force, which reviewed Oklahoma’s adoption laws and drafted changes that were subsequently enacted.I am licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.
