Security Supervisor
CurrentTo demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work within a team as well as independently, the capacity to remain alert and continually monitor the environment, and effective decision making. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to determine root cause of incidents, de-escalate situations, communicate clearly and concisely, alert appropriate personnel or agencies of incidents, and be fluent in FCC regulations and in using Microsoft Office. The Security Officer must be able to maintain any specialized certifications such as first responder, CPR, AED, First-aid, etc. that are required for this position. Prefer experience in multi-campuses, CCTV/Access Control systems, staffing and scheduling, and local, state and federal regulations.
