 Led, motivated, and provided guidance on over 20 different modernization efforts, training exercises, and military ceremonies, improving the Organization’s ability to accomplish tasks in both a Garrison and Tactical Environment. Personally reviewed and enforced over 100 organizational directives in a 4,000 employee organization. Served as the Brigade Commander’s top advisor on the organization’s overall training, personnel, and maintenance readiness report; conducted focused data analysis on the Brigade’s Readiness, helping the Organization to identify shortfalls in personnel availability and training resources, as well as improve the maintenance status across the Brigade by 20% over 4 quarters. Selected to serve as a Military Liaison to the Republic of Korea (ROK) Army, while on a Rotational Deployment. I worked directly with ROK Army translators to assist their staff in understanding US Army policies and procedures, as well as their assigned mission from the Commanding General of the 2ndInfantry Division. My assistance directly contributed to the ROK Army’s success during two multi-echelon training exercises.

Served as the Executive Assistant to the Commandant of the U.S. Army Chemical Corps.Managed and was directly responsible for the General’s day-to-day activity, long-range training calendar, and all travel requirements.Advised the General and his staff on military on new directives across the US Army Chemical Corps,leading to the Pentagon approving and funding three new equipment modernization efforts.Assisted with the preparation and development of all speeches and presentations given by the Commanding General.

Greater Seattle Area

 Served as the primary coordinator for all tactical and administrative training events for a Military organization of 800 Infantrymen to include reserving land, allocating equipment, and ensuring all participants receive appropriate prerequisite training. Reserved land and coordinated all resources and transportation for four major training events within a two-year span. My planning, leadership, and coordination enabled the Organization to accomplish its assigned mission during each major exercise.

 Managed the tactical and administrative training, in addition to the personal and professional development of 5 direct report employees and 35 indirect report employees. Planned and executed 7 major training exercises for an organization of 40 employees, allowing the organization to be rated as 1 of 4 other organizations in five of seven exercises. Achieved tactical success without any resource shortfalls in all seven exercises. Managed the maintenance plan for equipment valued at $15 million, while maintaining an average equipment readiness rating above 90%. Improved the Company Equipment readiness rating by 15% over 3 quarters. Responsible for the ordering of all equipment and vehicle repair parts for the organization Planned and executed all logistical support for unit training exercises to include communication equipment, maintenance support, fuel, and food and water resupply
