His vast experience in both finance and marketing has led to operational innovations and breakthrough programs vastly impacting the profits and culture of these corporations. An example of this success is the development of the initial corporate Database Marketing programs and strategies at Caesars World. Another includes the creation of a centralized, brand wide Player Development program at Ameristar Casinos (referenced as a new standard for measurement in the industry).Michael has consulted in numerous gaming jurisdictions throughout the United States as well as international ventures in Australia, Canada, South Africa, and South America. He earned his MBA from Temple University and is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Michael is the author of the popular and critically acclaimed casino industry book, "Understanding Casino Marketing".
