Job PurposeTo provide administrative support in relation to the testing programme of Sport Ireland’s Anti-Doping Unit in accordance with the Unit’s policies and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities* Management of the administration of either the Out of Competition or Competition testing programme in accordance with strictly set out criteria.* Liaise with National Governing Bodies of Sport and Sample Collection Personnel in relation to the implementation of the Testing programme.* Provision of administrative support services which may include quality control of paperwork, management of athlete whereabouts system, database maintenance, etc. for the Anti Doping Unit in line with the current Quality Management System and current Sport Ireland policy and procedures.* Assist with the maintenance of all the Anti Doping records to ensure that at any time they are easily transparent and auditable.* Assist in the implementation of continuous improvements to the Anti-Doping Programme, leading and managing projects as required.* Assist with the implementation and administration of various policies and projects in the areas of anti-doping.* Provision of general administrative support to some of the Committees/Panels of the Anti-Doping Unit.* Provision of additional ad-hoc administrative support to the Unit Manager and Director as required.

Participation:Be the first point of contact for participation in the designated area•Work as part of the Participation Team to implement recruitment and retention initiatives as part of CGI’s Operational Plan.•Support Golf Clubs in the delivery of their Get into Golf and Stay in Golf initiatives•Advise clubs in the area of membership development •Work with the National Children’s Officer to ensure all junior initiatives are in line with Golfs Safeguarding Policy.•Seek out good practice within Golf Clubs and publicise such examples •To deliver workshops/seminars as required.•Regularly provide reports to the Participation Manager on all participation issues within the area of responsibility•Have a sound understanding of all participation and club support initiatives in order to deal with and/or pass on queries appropriately.•Establish and sustain effective partnerships that will lead to a greater awareness of the opportunities available for people to participate in golf and golf club membership, particularly amongst underrepresented groups.Administration:•Data entry of vetting forms•Co-ordination of Safeguarding courses•Administration support for Participation Manager and National Children’s Officer•Maintain CGI’s website & social media pages with fresh content
