-The day to day running of the company social media accounts (LinkedIn) and website, striving to keep them fresh and relevant with regular updates and news features.-Producing articles to be used in a number of key industry magazines at the request of publishers. During my time in Abtran I worked on the Irish Water contract as a Customer Service Advisor and later a Customer Management Specialist. This involved;-Taking calls from customers and resolving any queries that they may have had. Anything that could not be resolved over the phone had to be recorded and sent to the relevant department to be looked into-Responding to customers emails in a timely and efficent manner, providing clear and relevant information in persuit of a first contact resolution strategy.-In the customer management role, I was tasked with the maintaining and updating customers accounts (i.e Change of business name, updating addresses etc)
