Army (Rank E-7) I Corps, Fort Lewis, WA.Served as Information Management Officer and Systems Administrator for over 100 personalworkstations on multiple networks. Responsible for initiating all forms of communication workorders through the Remedy system. Created, updated and managed all MS SharePoint sites withinmy division encompassing around 6 separate sites seen by thousands of personnel across FortLewis and abroad. Managed the upgrade of all workstations, printers, phones and VideoTeleconferencing equipment of the newly expanded I Corps 24 hour Operations Center. Duringthis assignment I utilized and expanded my extensive Problem solving, troubleshooting, personnelmanagement and attention to detail on a daily basis. Supervised as many as 100 personnel duringcombat and non-combat related tasks utilizing professionalism and outstanding oralcommunication skills.

Army (Rank E-7) U.S. Northern Command, Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CoPrinciple duties involved utilizing acute attention to detail while managing all service interruptionsof long-haul voice, network and other various communication systems located throughout theContinental United States. Ran a 10 person mid-level work shift encompassing six separate federalagencies all under the United States Northern Command. Trained all incoming personnel prior totheir assignments as Shift Leader.

Army (Rank E-7) 160th Signal Brigade, Arifjan, KuwaitResponsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing various communication networksincluding long haul, telephone and local network hardware and software infrastructure. Utilizedextensive problem solving skills, attention to detail and managed the 24 hour daily work scheduleof up to twelve personnel 7 days a week. Administered all cellular communication trafficthroughout Kuwait and Iraq, which included hardware control and managing all billing receivedfrom the Kuwait Ministry of Communication.
