In this role, I was a Medical Only Claims Examiner with additional experience handling Indemnity claims. I was responsible for, coordinating medical treatment, calculating and distributing Indemnity benefits, collaborating with clients and attorneys for settlement, supporting Senior Claims Examiners on complex claims, submitting applicable billing for medical review, participating in a quarterly audit of client NPN and county review. I developed mastery in the use of SIMS ClaimsXpress, Conduent Strataware Medical Bill Review Software, ICD-10 and CPT codes, and rating Whole Person Impairment. In a leadership position, I was also tasked with training onboarding Medical Only Examiners.

In this role, I was tasked with coordinating delivery operations, monitoring and purchasing inventory, coordinating sales, monitoring consumer satisfaction, scheduling, balancing accounts, adjusting inventory, and hiring and training new employees.
