CurrentIn my current role as an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Clinical Lead within a dynamic clinical project management team, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to manage and execute complex initiatives with precision and effectiveness. My primary focus is on the implementation of a new EPR system and a comprehensive overhaul of safety and risk strategies, which was necessitated by a critical Care Quality Commission (CQC) review in 2021. My responsibilities include leading from the Allied Health Professionals (AHP) perspective within the trust, engaging with a wide array of stakeholders, and identifying areas for enhancement to achieve consensus on the safest and most effective project pathways.Since earning my social work qualification in 2019, I have been committed to continuous professional development, expanding my skill set, qualifications, and insights within both corporate and clinical environments. My career trajectory reflects a dedication to growth and excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare.Collaboration is a cornerstone of my practice. I work closely with project managers, training specialists, clinical experts, and digital professionals to conceive and implement plans that drive the achievement of complex project outcomes. My role necessitates regular interaction with stakeholders at various levels, fostering relationships and propagating the trust's mission and approach across all teams.As an EPR Clinical Lead, my role is both integral and reinforced by my clinical safety officer qualification. This credential enables me to systematically identify potential risks associated with new system implementations and devise strategies for effective risk mitigation. I lead subcommittees and working groups, promoting constructive dialogue to ensure patient safety remains at the forefront of our initiatives.
