I am a mental health professional with 5+ years working primarily with people with concurrent diagnoses. I hold a BaSc in Family and Community Social services, and am passionate about equitable and accessible services. I believe that learning is everyone's best tool, and that sharing information about mental health is integral to building meaningful change, and see myself as an educator above anything else. Thus, I strive to provide accessible information about the concerns of those with whom I work, and facilitate learning as much as possible, and can do so in multiple languages!
