With the experience gained over my years in several fields of work the one thing I enjoy is building healthy relationships with my coworkers. I have found specifically through my years of ski instructing that I was able to build a fantastic approach to communicating with various personalities. Everyone has a different way of absorbing information and applying it to the challenges at hand. Being able to adapt to the way others learn has helped with my own approach to learning new skills. I am always willing to take on new tasks and approach problems with an open mind.My main goal is to absorb as much knowledge as I can so I can help my company succeed in every way possible.Optical Measuring Equipment- Inspecting, verifying, calibrating, troubleshooting, and obtaining proficiency in automatic and semi-automatic video and multi sensor measuring systems.- Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components as specified in procedural documents and wrap up procedures.- Improving production efficiency as needed by adjusting machinery and equipment settings based on previous knowledge and troubleshooting.- Assuring the use of proper documentation of the status of machines, their issues, as well as solutions to the most common issues.- Updating local network with all required documents including the status of current builds as well as all relevant paperwork and images of completed product.- Assisting in the training of new employees using all the knowledge and documentation available to help them succeed.- Collaborating with other departments to complete scheduled orders on time.- Complying with internal policies to make sure every product leaving the facility is of the highest quality.- Keeping a clean and organized work environment, and routinely reorganizing work area and materials.Laser Scanhead Production- Assembling and adjusting new scanheads for stock - Receiving incoming scanheads for recalibration- Assessing structural and cosmetic condition of scanheads before performing incoming tests- Using various software to test and recalibrate scanheads if necessary.- Completing all required documentation and forms for the process of validating scanhead accuracy- Preparing recalibrated scanheads for shipment back to customers.
