As part of the team at Amazon Fresh Dal6, I assist with fulfilling customer’s requisitions. Amazon customers order groceries and other sundries from the convenience of their home computers. Products requested could include, but are not limited to fresh fruit, produce, and pre-packaged salads to paper and cleaning products for the home and laundry. Customer orders are selected, packaged, and shipped from the facility to numerous zip codes in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Developed fraud screening techniques which proactively identified and prevented fraudulent access to Blockbuster eCommerce channels. Monitored activities of customers and eliminated identified abusers and performed training of customer service agents which raised awareness of system abuse. Initiated utilization of fraud screening through an alliance with Accertify, Inc. System Administrator for the Accertify program which included the development of thresholds for approval of customer transactions and monitored daily activity of all Blockbuster.com services. Investigated crimes, which violated laws governing the U. S. Postal Service and delivery of U.S. Mail. Conducted financial and security audits of Postal and non-Postal facilities. Investigated crimes committed against the U. S. Post Office in relation to burglaries, robberies, mail theft, internal embezzlement, revenue fraud, counterfeit postage, dangerous mail, and anthrax. Conducted investigations on the Internet in connection with Child Exploitation, Adult Obscenity, and Identity Theft. Investigated and presented cases for federal and state prosecution. Maintained liaison with Federal, State, Local, and International Law Enforcement officers. Completed forensic examinations of computers recovered during executed search warrants. Identified and documented digital and hardcopy evidence and prepared exhibits for trials. Provided testimony in National and International Child Exploitation investigations. Retired July 1, 2004.
