As an organization our goal is to provide accessible mentorship, subsidize costs for national debate tournaments / programs, and empower middle schoolers across the nation through the art of communication.As a Director of Curriculum- Help create the year-round weekly schedule for a variety of both experienced and novice middle school debaters.- Conduct and lead lectures for students regarding both the basics of speech and nuances of debate- Organize special events from guest lecturers, practice rounds, demonstration debates, and dedicated office hours to assist students and their needs.

Prepared and served drinks with individualized attention towards customers. Cleaned facilities and provided excellent customer service.

Made and wrapped burritos, stocked chips and supplies, refilled ice machines, cleaned restaurant 3x/day. Trained other crew members and multitasked the assembly line when there were fewer people on shift.

Operated positions including customer service, cashier, kitchen preparation, sanitation, and order taking.
