Act as a primary customer contact, such as leading program review sessions with customers to discuss costs, schedules and technical performances;3. Lead the management towards suppliers including supplier selection, contract negotiation, process regulation and payment etc.;5. Lead the internal collaboration with other functional teams including engineering, operation, customer support/service, finance, quality to ensure the execution of total program;6. Lead external collaboration with US based program teams to cascade the requirement and program execution flow;7. Responsible for existing products, programs, services and business including managingproduction, delivery and customer support; 8. Plan, direct and monitor program budget and serve as primary customer contact for program information; May have R&D responsibility for upgrades to existing products;9. Responsible for growth and Profit/Loss of the program;10. Ensure that all required resources such as engineering, engineering support, production,services, facilities and the like are available for the program;11.
