Troubleshooting and repair 10G transponders of products returned by he customers. Conducting weekly meetings for tracking the flow of incoming and outgoing parts to be able to meet customer's troughput timetable. Generating processes and documentation. Writing preliminary failure anaysis reports.

The job function includes monitoring the flow of parts that are being processed throughout the production line. Debugging production related issues such as station problems and product yield problems. Testing product samples for Engineering. Escalating production constraints to improve troughput time and yield. Training new technicians to learn production processes and BKM's.

The job desciption includes testing and assembly of 10G Optical transponders. Set up test stations and support Engineering in terms of data gathering and performing experiments.
