I have worked within the bus industry for over 10 years with experience in many fields from being a mystery shopper, commercial assistant, bus driver and team leader. My current team leader role provides me with the opportunity to see and assist with the day to day running of the operation and service delivery. I have a keen eye for detail, strive to complete my tasks to the best of my ability and aim to adapt my work so that it is suitable and understandable for everybody involved.
