- Making payment plan for students which will be used as a guide for them to pay their installments- Checking and preparing each record of commission and bonus transaction which will be useful to prepare agent commission report.- Reconciling each payment (EFTPOS, Cash, bank Transfer) from students with the record in accounting software, XERO.- Data entry of payment plan of students as well as payment of salaries to staffs and trainers in school to the accounting software.

My responsibilities:- Finding, contacting, and negotiating with suppliers to get a better price for products.- Advertising, promoting the products through different types of online market place and creating interesting and attractive advertisements to catch the attention of potential customers.-Finding and contacting courier companies that provide a good delivery service as well as helping companies to reduce unnecessary costs.- Kept the record of every company’s transaction as well as recording each transactions in excel format that will be used for preparing business activity statements.- Conducting stock counting for the end of quarter that will be used for stork ordering in the next quarter.

My responsibilities:- Arranged stocks in the store as well as assisted managers to make weekly order for stocks.- Acted as a trainer or supervisor for new staffs and provided training that each suits each personality.- Provided an excellent customer service and made all customers feel welcome and enjoy with the service.
