I am Michael Michaelides, a highly motivated and adaptable 19-year-old with a diverse set of skills and experiences. My extensive background in teamwork and customer service was honed through four years of employment at Coles, where I excelled in various roles, including grocery and dairy team member, as well as service desk representative. I developed my ability to manage responsibilities and collaborate effectively with others through these experiences and my involvement in various community and sporting activities, such as playing for local soccer and football clubs and participating in Greek dance cultural events.My educational journey includes completing my VCE at De La Salle College, a Uni-Link Diploma of Science at Swinburne University of Technology, and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Human Biology at Deakin University. I also hold certifications in traffic management, which I apply in my current role with Phoenix Traffic and Labour, where I assist in construction and general labor tasks.My key skills include excellent communication, both face-to-face and over the phone, flexibility in various work environments, and a solid understanding of IT. I am also confident in using power tools and working at heights, showcasing my practical abilities.
