Using my knowledge, I worked with field technicians on hardware and software related issues that pertained to the Macy’s, Macy’s Logistics, Macy’s Backstage and Bloomingdales stores. Which are the Registers, PC’s, Printers, Mobile Hand Held, hardwired network (which consisted of both CISCO and Meraki Switches) and wireless networks. Also working on Dell servers as needed to support all stores equipment. I also managed projects which included the installation of IPT, design and installed all networks for new sites and all hardware associated with a new site.

I have worked with Macy’s for over 25 years and in those years, I have been a technician that maintained over 500 registers, converted stores, worked on new stores, renovations and traveled to work on installing new technologies. I have supported the field technician with software and hardware related issues pertaining to registers, PC’s, Printers, Mobile Handheld, hardwired network (which consisted of both CISCO and Meraki Switches), Servers and wireless networks. I have been involved in testing of new technologies in stores.
