I had an incredible experience as a marketing intern at GSE Worldwide, where I gained valuable exposure to the sports marketing industry, particularly in the football division. I’m thankful to Evan Borenstein and Russ Spielman for their mentorship and guidance during my time there.In my role, I focused on securing sponsorships for both NFL and college athletes, especially for NFL training camps. I worked closely with companies to provide free items for camps, identified local sponsors for athletes, and conducted extensive cold calling to build and maintain relationships. Additionally, I played a key role in organizing player travel by creating detailed itineraries.This internship not only sharpened my marketing and communication skills but also equipped me with the tools needed for my future in the business world, helping to clarify my strengths and build a solid foundation for my professional journey.
