I am an experienced digital media content creator and production assistant. I have ten years experience with video and audio acquisition (field & studio) and video and audio post-production. I have worked on specific media and communications projects in the fields of bioscience, mental health, banking, sport, and most recently, education/community engagement and philanthropy. I have assisted with broadcast video shoots and been the principal operator on projects using pro-sumer equipment such as mirrorless DSLRs. I have a good practical understanding of lighting techniques and have lit many sit down interviews. My video post-production skills included advanced editing techniques with multi-camera shoots, green-screen, different video codecs and various B Roll sources. I have good fundamental skills with complimentary software such as PhotoShop in the video production environment. I am experienced with compression and distribution across multiple formats - including social media platforms. I have experience with stills photography shooting with full-frame sensor cameras. I have created WordPress and SquareSpace websites for clients from scratch (including managing DNS records) and have enough fundamentals of HTML to customise and enhance client websites. I am trained in working in collaborative environments - with internal and external stakeholders - and working to time-based project budgets.
